    Depends on what you're missing. If you have time and drive to manage social but can't shoot content, pick Video. If the problem is you don't have time to think about social every day, pick Social Management. Many clients start from Social Management and add videos as premium content every two weeks.

    In the first four weeks you approve every piece of content before publishing. After that, once the tone is dialed in, we publish autonomously based on the approved calendar. You can still see everything in advance and block anything that doesn't convince you.

    Yes. We reply in your tone, within twenty-four hours, from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. For quote requests, availability, medical questions, we forward to you or the right person in your business.

    The base package includes 12 feed posts, daily stories (roughly 15-20 per month) and 2 reels. It can be customized. We don't believe in high numbers for the sake of numbers: better fewer posts with meaning than many posts that fill the feed.

    Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business. We recommend not spreading too thin: two platforms done well beat five done halfway. We pick together at the start, based on where your customers are.

    For feed posts we always prefer real content. We come to shoot once a month, or we teach you how to do it with your phone. We use stock only for supporting graphic elements, never as main content.

    Of course. You get two free revisions on every piece of content. If a post doesn't convince you we redo it. The important thing is you tell us why: next time there's less friction.

    Reels generate roughly three times the reach of static posts. But producing them takes time. In the standard package we produce two reels per month designed to work in your sector. For high volumes we recommend adding the Video service.

    Packages start at 600 CHF per month for a single platform, 900 CHF per month for two integrated platforms. Price varies based on frequency and additional services (reels, on-site photos, ads campaigns). We send a clear quote after the first call.

    After the first three months yes, with thirty days notice. The first three months are the minimum because social needs time to deliver results. Canceling earlier means throwing away the setup and strategy work.

    Yes, we discuss them in the first call. We show you accounts of clients similar to yours, real results, what worked and what didn't. No screenshots of profiles with one hundred thousand bought followers: only real numbers from Italian-speaking Switzerland businesses.

    We use AI as support (brainstorming, first drafts, analysis) but every caption is written and reviewed by people. Social is voice and authenticity. AI-generated text is recognizable from a distance, and your followers spot it before you do.

    Yes. Many Social Management clients add one or two days of video production per month to get professional-quality reels. The Video service stays separate, with its own price, but integrates into the editorial calendar without friction.

    We don't look at followers. We look at: DMs and requests received, growth of qualified followers (people in your area, your sector), engagement rate on posts, content that generated leads. If business grows, the service works. The rest is vanity.
